Application:
After adding foaming agents and moderate formaldehyde reduction, polyvinyl alcohol can be used to produce special properties of PVA sponge. It can be used to make filter materials, makeup puffs, household wiping tools (such as sweeping and wiping handkerchiefs), industrial rollers, etc. It has the advantages of solvent resistance, good elasticity and softness after water absorption, and good touch to the skin. The number and size of sponge bubbles vary with the foaming dosage, viscosity of the formaldehyde additive mixture, reaction conditions, and degree of formaldehyde formation.
Packing: Kraft paper package with plastic film inside, 20kg/25kg per bag, or woven bag 500KG per bag.
Storage: The products should be stock indoor where room temperature is 5-30℃, dry & well-ventilated place, storage by batches. Keep away from the power, prevent humid, and avoid sun exposure. It is strictly forbidden to store together with volatile chemicals to prevent adsorption deterioration.
