Product Performance:

1. Film forming property: PVA0388 is easy to form a film, and its mechanical properties are excellent. The tensile strength of the film increases with the increase of polymerization degree and alcoholysis degree.

2. Protective colloid: PVA0388 plays a protective colloid role in the production of redispersible latex powder.

3. Thermal stability: When the PVA0388 flake is heated to around 100 ℃, the appearance gradually changes. Partial alcoholysis of PVA begins to melt at around 190 ℃ and decomposes at 200 ℃* The alcoholysis of PVA only begins to melt at around 230 ℃ and decomposes at 240 ℃. The thermal cracking experiment shows that the lower the degree of polymerization, the faster the weight reduction; The higher the degree of alcoholysis, the shorter the decomposition time.
