The main raw material of PVA water-soluble film is polyvinyl alcohol. As a new concept of environmentally friendly packaging material, PVA water-soluble film is widely used as inner packaging material for water-soluble chemical products in Europe, America, Japan and other countries. For example: pesticides, fertilizers, dyes, detergents, water treatment agents, mineral additives, detergents, concrete additives, chemical reagents for photography and chemical reagents for garden care, etc. It can also be used as rapeseed, plant seed bags, clothing packaging bags , Food and hospital washing bags and other products inside and outside packaging.
Advantages of water soluble film
New type of environmental protection material, which degrades rapidly and dissolves in water immediately. The dissolved products are water and CO2, and no harmful substances are produced.
Simple and convenient to use, to avoid direct contact with harmful substances; oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and anti-static
It has good strength, toughness, plasticity, strong tensile resistance, bonding and heat-sealing performance.
Water-soluble film classification
1. Room temperature film,
(also known as fast-dissolving film, cold-dissolving film)
Dissolution temperature: 15-30°C
Dissolution time: about 30 seconds
Complete dissolution time: W2 minutes
Application scenarios: used for clothing embroidery substrates, agricultural seed bags, herbicide packaging bags, cleaning supplies packaging, chemical product packaging; disposable packaging bags such as laundry. It does not damage the clothes and does not affect the washing effect, such as laundry beads, clothing embroidery bottom lining.
2. Medium temperature film
(also known as medium soluble film, hot soluble film)
Dissolution temperature: 35-75°C
Dissolution time: about 20 seconds
Complete dissolution time: W2 minutes
Application scenarios: washing bags for bedding, patient clothes, medical tooling, window curtains, etc., sensitive fabric washing bags, packaging bags for hotel supplies, special bags for hotel fabric washing.
3. High temperature water soluble film
(also called poorly soluble film and resistant to soluble film)
Dissolution temperature: around 80-100°C
Dissolution time: about 30 seconds
Complete dissolution time: W3 minutes
Application scenarios: used for high-end textiles, plastic packaging bags, packaging cushions, and book/paper protective films.
Water-soluble packaging applications
Dye packaging Seed packaging Agricultural packaging Food packaging Chemical packaging Anti-sense ran packaging Textile packaging Anti-static packaging Cement additive packaging
Precautions for Use
1. The dissolution rate depends on factors such as film thickness, water temperature, water volume, and fluidity. Generally speaking, the thicker the dissolution rate, the slower the dissolution rate, the higher the water temperature, the faster the dissolution rate, the greater the amount of water, the faster the dissolution rate, and the water flows. The faster it dissolves, the faster;
2. When not in use, use it to seal and pack it to prevent moisture absorption and wrinkles;
3. The film is resistant to mineral oil, almost all greases and organic solvents, but strong acids, strong alkalis and other substances that can react with the film (such as borax, boric acid, certain dyes, etc.) cannot be in contact with the water-soluble film.
